Through Hanover, we chose Boloco for what looked like good quality, healthy food we could get on the way. It was just the right choice- fast order, healthy options (wheat wrap, brown rice, tofu), and easy to specify vegan. The menu was a bit small, but that also helped to narrow the decisions quickly. Pros- both tofu and impossible burger bits for protein options; more Veggie selections than the typical Fajita vanillas, i.e. roasted broccoli and roasted carrots as well; Filling portion; delicious.
