As you'd expect a 5 Guy's to look, everything has some amount of burger grease on it. I called in my order for a set time, and when I picked up, burgers were well on their way to being cold, bread was soggy, burgers were overcooked, Cajun fries had enough seasoning on the to boil crawdaddys in, milk shakes were liquid, and to top it off.. they didn't put whipped cream on my shakes.Overall experience was below average...
