It's a matter of timing it's not like McDonald's. Just drop a couple of frozen patties and drop the clam cooker and 3 minutes later. U got fresh chicken. It takes 20 minutes to cook it 10 minutes for it to cool down and yes . They have to get rid of the old before the new. It's called food costs. So next time just ask what's fresh .
