What t wash likes about Harbour House Crabs:
I did an online order with HHCH, and had a few concerns regarding my order. I called as well as emailed them, and their early response and resolution to my concern’s exceeded my expectations. When my crabs arrived they were absolutely delicious, and heavy. I’m from MD and moved further down south, As I understand it now Harbor House is in PA. I ordered a dozen large female crabs from ilovecrabs.com and was totally disappointed with what I got. All of them were underweight and the meat in the claws was completely dried out. They offered a $25 account credit towards a future order which is an insult. Unfortunately, places like this make it difficult for honest crab retailers to run an online business.
