Absolutely one of my favorites in Hartford. This Jamaican/Seelsorge restaurant is located within a convenience store. Everything is incredible, from oxtail to curry and Jerk Chicken. They fry the fish and the portion sizes are huge. For 12 or 13 dollars you will get enough for dinner and lunch the next day. Take definitely the ride if you are ever in the Windsor area.
