I was in Hartwell almost 2 years and never tried Kobe Express, one because it was only going through during the shutdown, two because all the other places in downtown were walking from my apartment! But I must say that this place is now one of my favorites!! Great apps, sushi and main courses! And autumn is the best waitress I've had for a long time!! View all feedback.

The place is just so dated, unkept and falling apart so bad, I wanted to walk out at first sight. Old menus are so worn, you can't see what's on them, looks like a bullet hole in the window, torn seats, etc. Just looks sketchy and dingy like nobody cares AT ALL. The young girl who served us was sweet, but I don't think we'll be back. I didn't even see their restaurant sanitation score displayed, which it is supposed... View all feedback.
