Mr Chingon is rock solid. A little on the pricier side for mexican food, but absolutely killing it on quality and consistency. For dripping springs, its an easy 5 stars as we have limited options. The birria, the taco madre, the pastor, all dang good. If this place was priced a little more appropriately, I'd be here almost every day. View all feedback.

I don’t know why I keep coming here, I guess I like being late. The order is rarely correct, you can put in a preorder for 815 but all that means is that is when the staff arrives, after 815. I continue to tip them in hopes that it will get better but sadly this is last order with them even though my staff enjoys the food, I can’t continue to have inconsistency. I highly don’t recommend.
