We were in Hays waiting before our child's concert and stopped here on a whim. They were helping an adorable child with a custom birthday cake. We were lucky to snag two of the last cinnamon rolls and mine was the standard by which I will judge all future cinnamon rolls. Went back in for the baklava because it looked so amazing.
