Was happy to have vegan options, but definitely feel they could do just a little more, especially with something as simple as nachos. Nachos had cold cashew cheese and the pico de gallo was just a few tomatoes, onions and jalepenos scattered across the top. They took away the tofu dish and buffalo cauliflower.
