Once, upon a time, before Covid, Hash House a go go was known for their hammered pork tenderloin; it used to be wonderful. The dish was served with a mound of mashed potatoes, and two people could dine happily with one order.My guest and I ordered that dish yesterday; it was tough and dry. Took awhile for our food to arrive but it was Father's Day and our server warned us in advance. While being very friendly our server was less than attentive. While waiting 45 maybe more our server managed to serve us one glass of water and a mimosa without offering a refill on either. When our food arrived the chicken Waffle was burnt.
