The Mongolian grills were my introduction to Asian cuisine. You choose your food from an open food bar, vegetables and meat (bef, pork, poultry, seafood), fill a bowl as full as possible. I had been looking forward to trying Bonfire for a few weeks. You sit and place your order for the size bowl and if you want noodles or rice. Then you go up to a buffet style line and fill your bowl.
