If you plan to order ahead of time, make sure to order an hour ahead because they’re ALWAYS late. One time we ordered coffee, our drink was ready 30+ minutes after the said time in the app. I’ve seen them arguing behind the counter before. Today they made 2 of 3 drinks incorrectly and it’s just disappointing considering how much the drinks are. We are no longer coming here. We will go to the Starbucks in the outlet. View all feedback.
