Viaggio d'affari, ci siamo imbattuti in un altro ristorante che alle 14 ci invitava a cercare altrove poichè non ci avrebbe fatto magiare neanche un panino. Ci ha detto di proseguire verso il paese e mai scelta fu più accettata. Ci siamo imbattuti in questa che per noi poteva essere un'ancora di salvataggio ma che si è rivelata una autentca bonta. Der Saloniki-Grill war eine griechische Gyros-Imbissbude der gehobenen Art.Nachdem ich allerdings dort während der Wartezeit auf eine Bestellung beobachtete, dass auf den im Verkauf befindlichen Gyros-Spieß, das heisst auf das bereits angegrillte und angeschnittene Fleisch im laufenden Betrieb frisches Fleisch aufgesteckt wird, um den Gyros-Spieß nicht auswechseln zu müssen, wurde mir ganz anders.
