The reservation was made through Open Table. On arrival, they had not transferred our booking to their dining list so were not expecting us. We then had to wait for well over an hour before our food arrived. We had no proper apology for this. The food was excellent and the staff friendly. The service was dreadful really basic stuff like getting the order right or making sure everyone got a meal, filling people's glasses, asking if people wanted another drink before they took the glasses.
