This restaurant used to be a lot better. Since their remodel though, I think they have done an overhaul on their staffing, and not for the better. Every time I come here, the customer service chick-fil-a is famous for falls pretty short, and at least one of my items is completely dead. Floppy fries, crusty Mac and cheese, soggy chicken.
