There was one very hard working, polite, conscientious young man working at 4:30 pm on a beautiful, sunny Sunday. He was working the counter, the drive thru, taking Door Dash and phone orders. It was busy, and he was doing a phenomenal job, but it was simply way too much work for one person, no matter how efficient he was. We waited 1/2 hour to get served. Many people left.
