My foccaccia came without vegetables. You made a coffee I ordered vegan. It came with cow's milk. Instead of an apology, they told me they'd bring me a new one, but I have to pay both of them. The worst: My husband ordered pancakes that they forget. Instead of apologising, they'll let us wait half an hour to check the cameras we don't lie. Arrogant place with overrated food.
