Our first time at Freddy's was very pleasant. The music, food, and history of the establishment were wonderful experiences. I liked the shoestring fries, and my wife was able to get a lettuce wrapped cheese burger for herself( due to celiacs disease, she can't have gluten). Coworker and I visited this establishment for their burgers, but mainly their fries. When we received our order, they served us steak fries stating they were out of the shoestrings. No big deal, it happens, I guess. 5 minutes later, we look over, and there are two tubs of frozen fries. One are the style we have, and the other is what we were expecting when we ordered.
