Went for convenience with my wife when we arrived to the hotel. It took over 30 minutes for a drink order, and over an hour to receive our food. Not only was the service terrible, our tab had the gratuity added when we received the bill. It would be one thing if we had a party of eight or more, but it was only the two of us eating.
