Old food. I ordered the tequeno and cachapa which were the stalest venezuelan food I've ever had in my whole life. It was actually disrespectful how old the tequeno was! The empanadas lacked flavor and were greasy. The restaurant is very frugal given that they gave no cutlery or napkins and I had to pay $1 for a tiny sauce that was filled up half way.
