When a man talks up his bacon but he is from NYC it sets the bar very low. Being from the Midwest where bacon is the truffle of the cooking world I wasn't expecting anything special except maybe quantity. Wow was I wrong. The flavor was awesome making the best burger even better. Who would have thought technique could make bacon even better. I guess isn't the only good thing to come out of NYC.
