Dang, these are fire drinks and snacks. Parking in spring for the apartment complex behind this building. The tea is hella good (I rarely evaluate Boba shops, but I am for them). You can say they use real fruits! The popcorn chicken and the chicken cut are fireee. They come out so hot and juicy and also crispy. Wow.
