So I bought a mini halo halo today and I don 't know how they made it but it was rock solid and I couldn 't even put my spoon through it. It was like a big chunk of ice. Not sure if they pre-shaved the ice and froze it and just topped it off on the toppings. I did not enjoy my halo halo today. I 've had it before and it was never like this.
