I do not normally write reviews and this only comes after 5 separate times of horrible experience with this Waikiki Outback. Each order was for an 18oz bone in rib-eye. Overcooked, undercooked, wrong cut, overcooked again and very bad cut. This last was a horrible cut of meat which left me able to only eat maybe 10-15%. Maybe more if I had a scalpel.
