Wonderful local bakery with multiple Birmingham area locations. They also serve breakfast and lunch, but their wide selection of bake goods is the primary focus. I'm on the fence about Edgars.. I do love their chicken salad sandwiches and their spinach dip, it's wonderful. My problem is with the pastries and cakes. Yesterday we bought 12 cookies $22. You expect at that price the cookies would be over the top. They were overcooked, dry and all tasted the same.
