What Noriko S doesn't like about Pho:
I had curry noodle soup today and asked for green beans topping. The noodle soup was fine but the green beans were raw, not top and tailed, they were just chopped up roughly and chucked in. I don’t know if that’s the norm in Pho but I prefer my green beans to be top and tailed and cooked. They were just too crunchy and tasted like grass, which kind of spoiled the experience.
