What happened to fresh food? Is it no longer available? I ordered chicken burger, received dry defrosted and microwaved piece of chicken. Very disappointed. Also my husband ordered a steak, unfortunately quality of meat and cooking process were not up to standard, steak was so chewy that it was impossible to eat.
