I’m not sure what was going on in the kitchen today. Both of our entrees came out without the sauce sides. We had to ask for tartar sauce for the fish and horseradish sauce for the prime rib even though the menu states that it comes with it. This was our first visit to BJs and will be our last. It took almost an hour for food to come out of the kitchen. Waitress apologized but we were never offered any compensation for the very slow service. We arrived at 6:30 but food did not arrive until 7:35 leaving us about 10 minutes to eat as we had theatre tickets for 8:00. For the prices at this restaurant, this is unacceptable and will not be returning. View all feedback.
