Went with my husband to Chili's tonight and had an amazing time. Out server Michael was great! He made it a point to address us always by our names and that made us feel like regulars. His customer service skills are on point. Made sure we were happy withour food and drinks, and checked up on us frequently. This kid has great potential!! I went with a group of coworkers. We had the worst service ever. It took about 25 minutes just to get a drink and get our order taken. The restaurant was so slow. There was 2 other tables at the end of service where we were seated. They whole experiencetook almost 2 hours which was ridiculous. It was awful we couldn't get refills either.
