I found this hidden jewel when visiting Boba's next door. It is a small ma pop place. The mother was in the kitchen. Everything is homemade and very authentic and a track mi is less than $4. Absolutely disgusting. I ordered this before the door and I'm so sorry. Half of my order was wrong and no one from the store bothered me to contact the missing items. (She literally only a sticky note with the word 'Sorry' The Makkaroni beef tasted only of blood. I don't know how they prepare their beef, but it's obviously not the right way.
