It seems potentially-great but it 's just not there. I was impressed by the menu+prices and rooftop dining area but didn 't get to enjoy. Waited 10+ minutes after ordering to be told coffee machine broke ; then the 2 non-coffee drinks took 20 more minutes. I don 't know the Burmese term for it but the lassi on the English menu is not lassi. View all feedback.
