We enjoyed this fun taco place. I chose to make my own margarita and it was amazing. They have a good selection of choices. I went with raspberry margarita with triple berry sugar rim. Only sub-par. While remodeling of the space is a 100% transformation from the old (upscale compared chain-like , waitstaff was prompt and nice, and presentation was promising, food was not good. Really a big disappointment, since Hudson needs gourmet Mexican dining. Margarita was tasty and prepared as ordered, but the chips were of a food service, bagged, cold hard variety.
