The crew at store 37002 did an excellent job preparing my #13 The Original Italian Giant sandwich. I believe Kai sliced the meat, Chase prepared the sandwich and Spencer finished preparing a large order of Hot Sandwiches and Danny helped throughout the store. The food got delayed multiple times. By the time the food arrived, the pickup time on the receipt was an hour prior to receiving. The cheesesteak was cold and the cheese had congealed. Teh GrubHub app showed the same driver the entire duration, who failed to pickup and deliver in a timely manner causing the delivery time to be delayed multiple times. View all feedback.
