I did it here in time (before 8am) on my second try. When I walked in I was offered a plate of rice with a choice of veggies, mock meat and noodles. It was quite nice, especially the baked (or fried) potato chips. After being offered the meal, I realized that there was a menu on the wall in Vietnamese with a choice of rice, noodles, sandwich and other dishes. This place was really gone and dirty. Maybe just a place to baggage tourists who don't care at...
