Family of 4 with dinner, 2 of us with double-baked potato plate with trip tip. Meat was very chewing, not tender. The food was warm, had to be sent back to reheat. One in our family had the 3 meat plate. Bands and brisket were hard. Definitely not cooked slowly. Hot Link was okay like the sweater pig. Visit from Texas and definitely not mesquite smoked.
