Ugh. Was hopeful due to the positive reviews. Struggling to eat this as I type. Whoever was in the kitchen tonight did an awful job of cooking the pho sous vide filet mignon that I ordered to go. I had to pour out maybe 1/3 of the broth in my bowl and replaced it with water because it was soooo salty. The flavor of the broth wasn't even pho-like.
