I ordered takeout within the app and it said to pick up at counter. While signs in the door and online state it doesn’t close until 12 am. Doors were locked and was told to go through drive thru. Shouldn’t have to wait in ridiculously long line after I already ordered and paid prior to arrival. Disappointed. View all feedback.
