Hostel located in a former sheepfold in the pretty hamlet of Nivollier on the Causse Mejean near the horses of Prewalski. We ate an excellent scented sock lamb. The chef develops inventive cuisine based on fresh and local products. Welcome is beautiful. As the kitchen is made at home, there may be a little waiting, but at the end we love ourselves. Lost in the socks, hunger has been felt. The place is charming, just like the sublime vaulted restaurant room of apparant Pierres. The kitchens seem to be nickel. The price quality ratio is really not there, we took 2 pelarion salad, very small, we stay on hunger for an addition of 2 salads to 32 euro.
