For the second time in a row we were told that they were from Sierra, our favorite cut of pork for spice roast. This is her specialty! How can you eat from your signature? We were offered cutletts instead. My wife's cutlet was not to eat, nothing but bones and fat. Mine was a little better, but certainly not worth the price. View all feedback.
