This is by far the best McDonald's I've been too. We stopped by on our way through town yesterday and today. Both days the service was amazing! They were very polite! Food was very fresh and to my surprise EDIBLE! I haven't had great experiences in the last 10 years or so with hardly any McDonald's. got into the drive thru at 410..got my food at 430. the burgers and fries were cold. could not get an explanation of why 3 burgers and a fry took 20 mins to get to me. have not been to McDonald's in a few months and will not be going back to the Independence location for sure View all feedback.
