On May 16th, about 10:00pm there were only TWO gentlemen working; with a shut down drive through and short staffing they still managed to deliver amazing service. I have never experienced such rude staff at the drive through. I gave it a few chances in the last couple weeks but the rude service is too much. I will not be visiting this Arby's again.Its a shame because the food is good. But you're so stressed by the time to get through the window you dont want to vist them again.Maybe some additional customer service training could help. Possibly teach how to take more than one...
