Bison filet and ribeye are great! High protein and low calorie. Everything else is average for a steak house. Super buttered and salted. Meal was good. Simon our server seemed mentally somewhere else. He first blamed it on being busy, but as his tables cleared and didnât get re-sat, he remained neglectful of our needs (basic) like water for our table and a drink for our 4 year old that didnât come until half way...
