For customers who spent money on gift cards for the holidays to give to family, friends, and employees, I guess you'll be out the money like we are. I don't know which is worse, watching the lady behind the counter touching her mask, food, phone, her clothing and everything before she grabs the rim of the cup before she gives it to you or the cook in the back eat his food, adjusting his bluetooth earpiece, adjusting his mask, and then grab a pinch of salt with his same dirty hands to mix in with the fries.
