Dough in the name is a big tip off, because the calzones are mostly dough. I had a spinach and ricotta one and it had one tiny layer of spinach leaves and no ricotta that I could see. Usually you get a thick layer of chopped spinach and ricotta. Lots of mozzarella though. But it was just mostly dough. The people were very very nice.
