This is the third time we have ordered take out from this El Vaquero location. Order is wrong for the 3rd time. No one answered the phone. Drove back to the restaurant to get a refund. No apologies. Two men at the counter just didn't seem to care, on their cell phones. Food is decent, service is severely lacking. Unfortunately, 3rd time is the charm, won't be returning. View all feedback.
