We had never tried Capital Seafood before. We were meeting friends there. Parking is conveniently just across the street. Our server was friendly and patient in guiding us through the menu. We ordered vegetable egg roles, hot and sour soup, chicken congee and a tofu vegetable dish. Everything was delicious, and our table had a lazy Susan, which made it easy to let us serve ourselves.
