Ugh. Too basic. My friend picked up lunch during a busy work day. Next to no solid modern plant based options. Ended up having to do Tuna for protein but the options that vegetarian/vegan ish so lackluster as was most of the menu. The Tuna lettuce was fresh, but that's about all that came in the dish.
