We searched for them online because we wanted more!! We discovered this food truck at a festival in Albuquerque. We ordered the bbq chile relleno, pulled pork sandwich and combo ribs. We were not disappointed in any of the dishes and were quite impressed. The portions were good and the bbq sauce was perfect, not too sweet and a balanced spice. Food quality doesn't add up to the presentation of the food truck.. I got really bad food poisoning from the brisket, so it's probably old meat that is not being stored properly. As a chef, that's really important to handle food properly to avoid people from getting sick with food Bourne illnesses. Includes washing hands.
