I don’t normally write reviews but this deserves mentioning. I did the tasting menu on a recent trip to Istanbul. Absolutely terrible. Most of the dishes were beyond salty and had senseless pairings. Dry fish and peach sorbet? Only two dishes were worth mentioning a vegetable based dish with filo lattice dough on top and the oxtail. I had a delicious wine but the food was just not up to snuff.
