This is how they “slice bagels in half” lol. Half of the dozen bagels come this way while the other ones have a very thin top/bottom part. Very poor quality control... I mean, please just don’t slice at all if you are going to randomly chop my bagels.... This is about careless food preparation and quality control, though the taste and customer service is still wonderful the season I give 3 stars. read more.
